I design experiences that act as mirrors, laboratories, and catalysts. They invite exploration and celebrate curiosity. They generate questions.

These can be exhibitions, civic activations, large-scale public installations, or immersive environments. They are structured spaces where people can test ideas, see themselves in context, and encounter others in new ways. The experience is not the end point. It is the engine.

I work on strategies that move beyond documents and into practice. They are actionable and sustainable. They reflect the values of the organization.

Strategy, for me, is about redesigning the underlying mechanics of a team or an organization. Incentives. Feedback loops. Participation models. Creative habits. I help institutions shift from episodic innovation to embedded creative culture. Big or small, these workshops, labs, and residencies are scalable to your needs.
